Cut compressed charcoal comes in two common types: Hexagonal Briquette and Square Briquette. These charcoals are made from sawdust and wood waste without chemical additives, and being cut makes them easy to use in different sizes and shapes for various purposes. The hexagonal briquette, due to the hole in the center, allows better airflow and produces uniform heat, while the square briquette, because of its higher density, burns longer and provides stronger heat.

Advantages

  • High durability and long burning time (3 to 5 hours depending on the type)
  • Smokeless and odorless
  • Very low sparks – suitable for indoor environments
  • Pre-cut and ready to use with a uniform shape (hexagonal or square)
  • Economical and cost-effective compared to traditional charcoal

Uses

  • Cafés and tea houses (hexagonal briquette is more suitable for hookah)
  • Restaurants and barbecue places (square briquette is better for long cooking)
  • Home use and gatherings
